AFTER ALL THE HYPE AND EXCITEMENT FOR BELIEBERS ACROSS THE GLOBE, JUSTIN BIEBER CANCELS HIS PURPOSE WORLD TOUR.
In an announcement made by his management, Bieber has cancelled the rest of his tour “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
Among the cancelled concerts is the much awaited Manila leg on September 30, 2016, at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
